God’s HandyPeople is a holistic group of volunteers, assembled to improve the lives of the people we work for.
We are committed to being inclusive in attracting and identifying both those who do the work, and those we do the work for.
Our volunteers have been background checked to keep both client and work teams safe. We are not professional contractors or tradespeople. We are a group of volunteers that wish to help, and make a difference in our communities.
Our Founder and Board President
I’ve been blessed in my life with so much; A loving bride for the past 46 years, three beautiful and professional daughters, three hard-working son-in-laws and seven wonderful grandchildren. I believe that God has blessed me also with two successful and diverse careers spanning over 45 years in both the US and Canada. In my last role I had the privilege of advising people that were saving and preparing for retirement. One constant for me was the need to have a plan; Not just financial, but spiritual as well. A plan that exercises the body and passionately touches the heart. The idea of God’s HandyPeople came from much prayerful consideration. The Board of Directors and all volunteers are looking for a meaningful way to give back some of what we and our families have been blessed with. The work that God’s HandyPeople does, blesses both our clients and volunteers in meaningful ways.

God’s HandyPeople is a non-profit corporation initially formed and approved by the State of Michigan on November 30, 2023, followed by IRS approval as a 501(c)(3) on March 4, 2024.
